Could this be a herpes blister

Posted , 2 users are following.

About two nights ago I was doing the bathroom and noticed a round cut in between my thigh and scrotum. It doesn't look like a blister, it could've been popped. I just noticed it and thought it was a really weird spot to get something like that. It's the only one I got and it only itches when I think about it. I'm getting anxiety and want to go get it swabbed but all the std testing locations I can find don't have appointments until later next week. It'll probably be healed by then. Any suggestions?

Here's a picture. I was thinking that maybe it was my friends dog on Halloween. I don't think he got way up there though. I remember him scratching me and it hurting. I feel like it would've been in other parts of my leg too though.

The picture doesn't show up! But, I'm kind of going through the same thing. One spot and freaking out- tons of anxiety! I think we both just need to suck it up and get it checked out!

I tried to go today to a clinic but they wouldn't even look at it. They said I had to go to my primary care doctor and that place doesn't have available appointments until December. It's already halfway gone. From what I've read on herpes, it doesn't heal that fast. Just sucks I couldn't get it checked out.

I suggest for you to try yourself. It'll definitely ease your mind rather than ignoring it and forever bugging you. Not sure why the picture got removed lol

I see the picture now! It looks painful! It's kind of a weird spot for a herpes blister. Hope you're feeling better!

I went to the gynocologost and she said my bump was not herpes! So yay! smile
