      Herman, you do not state when these changes occurred!  When did the bumps and the skin colour change occur?  Or, when di you first notice these?

      Since October , the color changed and ever since then my appetite left and and I started to lose weight .. small tiny bumps came after the skin color change

    Very unlikely to be cancer. Just wait a month or so to see if there are distinct changes before you panic too much!

    The colour change and appetite are unlikely to be connected, don't assume they are just because one closely followed the other, - you should allow for this being coincidence.
