Could this be herpes???

okay so i wasnt bring very smart and i wasnt thinking but i had sex with a guy and a few days after i noticed a bump. the more days that past the worse it got. my doctor swabbed and ran other test everything was negative. i have a nee doctor now and were gonna take more test. this is the second time theyve came. the first was the worst they were everywhere this time its not no where near what it was ill put pics from the first time it doesnt have a smell, it only itches if the ulcers spread everywhere like the first time. my discharge is yellowish and slimy like image
