Could this be Herpes?

In December of 2020 I had unprotected sex in Feb/ March 2021 I had an irregular mentral flow (2periods) my doctor ordered a Blood work for hormones and everything was normal.

In the middle of March I began to experience an itch in and around my vagina (no bumps) as well as some discharge. I went back to the doctor and he said I had a yeast infection so he gave me some oral antibiotics. While on the antibiotics and canesten cream the itching stopped and I was doing okay.

3 weeks later I had same complaints and I had a rash (one straight line) on my labia minora. I went back to the doctor and showed him he gave me a swab and he gave me a antifungal cream called lotriderm (1% + 0.05%) he said it was very strong and I should only use it 2times per day for the first 3 days then once at night for 11 days (so 2 weeks) however the bumps were not going away so I used it twice daily for 2 weeks then once for one extra week plus a monastat cream as well (yes very wrong of me as I was told its very harsh and can be damaging). From the swab I had BV so he prescribed some antibiotics (Metronidazole).

Fast forward to now- The rash isn't as bad as it was before and the itching is almost gone (It once or twice a day for like 10-15 seconds). However, I decided to take a picture of my vagina and the rash to see what is happening and I saw something a bit frightening (see picture attached). There is a spot that is separate from the rash and some of the bumps on the rash are now red. Could this be herpes???? Or could it be a reaction from using the antifungal cream for too long?

In between all of this I’ve had a few shots of Live vaccines such as the chickenpox vaccine.

Should I be worried????

It doesn't hurt but my labia minora does feel extremely raw. If I touch it then it feels kinda itchy with my fingers running over it.

Also, here is an updated picture of what it looks like today.
