could this be something serious?

Here goes: 3 weeks before i felt my stomach upset and got some pills to ease the discomfort. After that i feel an iritation at my right ribs/abdomen and peeing like crazy about 15-16 times at 24h so i get x rays and ultrasound and they come clean but show excesive gas. As i'm starting panicking and googlesearching i start feeling hot at times but no fever trembling at night without obvious reason. Then i start feeling at times lightheadedness and tiresome and as i stop those pills my stomach continues to be upset but only at times. It's driving me crazy like hell what should i do

Hi Paul all I can say when my anxiety problems started was a time of extreme stress for me about 5 years ago. I started with horrible physical symptoms of weird pains ibs type symptoms and such I also used to wake up in a cold sweat at night. I unfortunately started researching my symptoms on line and I gave myself several dire illnesses. This led to a panic attack and the ER. Since that time I have suffered with anxiety.

I have had dozens of medical tests which all resulted in a nil find.

I believe anxiety and give horrible painful symptoms with all the illnesses I gave my self in the last 5 years I should be dead now.

My last full medical was only 3 weeks ago which again was fine. My only ongoing problem is at times high BP which my Dr has told me is anxiety driven.

I think if you have had medical exams you have to trust them. It took me along time to accept this even though I have probably along with my regular GP seen about 10 Drs. I hope this helps.

Well, stress can totally make you feel like crap. My friend's family was going through some things, and her little sister kept throwing up every couple weeks. They couldn't figure out why, but I thought it was the stress of their situation. Just try waiting it out a bit longer and see what happens.

I have had very frequent urination when I was in emotional distress. It can be related to nervousness.

You cleared a urinary tract  infection correct? The xrays and sonogram rules out anything as an issue with your urinary tract too ? No stones or anything like that?

I see the stomach part you saw A dr just want to be sure you checked both systems not just the gastro.
