Could this be the answer to painful joints?

I wrote on this site a few weeks ago about my chronic aching joints and asked if anyone had any recommendations. I've discovered a supplement called Dim plus on Amazon and they are AMAZING. They are an estrogen metabolism formula My poor aching joints are finally starting to ease after months of awful pain.

Hi christine im new to this site and was only diagnosed last week with post menopause. Ive had and still have the aching joints and ive been put on clonidine to help with aches and sweats. If after a month im still sore will be giving this a go smile. Thanks for useful info. Suz x

My GP put me on high does neurontin but no improvement. I was willing to try anything so gave Dim a try (describes me in the midst of my menopause) and after 4 days I am honestly feeling the benefit. I'm just soooo grateful after all these months I've found something to give me some relief. Hope it works for you too. Good luck.

Christine, how long were you on the Neuronton? I just started it yesterday. Mine is 300 mg do you remember how much yours was?

I hadn't come across this-interesting. I finally got round to seeing my GP this week about aches and pains. The verdict was to stick with the HRT 2mg Elleste Solo , diet and exercise improvements to loose weight

and ditch all the supplements (Calcium, Magnesium, Omega Oils, Menopace, B Complex, Glucosamine Sulphate) I'm going to give it a serious go and have just been out on a diet shop for healthy foods.

The best bit of all was that she gave me an "exercise prescription" Not quite sure if this is anything more than a gym discount yet but it will certainly help to get me going. She said if I ate sensible balanced diet I shouldn't get any benefit from all the supplements and I was wasting my money and they were probably doing me more harm than good. I must say I have enjoyed my first day without trying to cram in all the tablets LOL

Hi carol. I know lots of GP 's are not fans of complementary treatments but I had exhausted the traditional drug route and been to a physio (useless) because of the dreadful pains and nothing worked so I've got to the stage where I will try anything. Can't do HRT as I have had cysts in my womb & breasts so thought I'd give Dim a try. I need some respite from the pain so I am will to try anything that will help.

After 4 days I have finally stopped crying with the pain & I am so grateful for that.

Good luck. I do hope you find something that helps.

Hi Suz. I'm so sorry they haven't worked. Your areas of pain are identical to what mine where- so debilitating. I'm still feeling good on the Dim plus and can't tell you what a relief it is. The break from pain is wonderful and I'm now off for a walk with my friend something I haven't done for a while. I'll let you know how I cope with it. Take care & hopefully relief will be on its way soon. Keep in touch.
