Could this be Vestibular Papillomatosis, herpes, yeast infection?!?

image hello! i had unprotected sex with a new potential boyfriend. i took a plan b & a couple days later i started getting a little itchy. i never had a yeast infection so i assumed it was this, but a week later and these show up. from what i found it looks the most like VP. but does itching go along with this? im going to my doctor monday to find out more

      image what about these they are painless and have bumps on both sides as you can see however these 3 are really inflamed (they are separate as well not joined together)
