Cramps in calves and feet feel stiff

Hey ladies! Ive been doing better with my anxiety and getting used to some of my odd symptoms, but for the past few days I’ve had a new symptom that is starting to make me nervous. I have had cramps in my calves similar to a charley horse and my feet feel stiff! Anyone else have this happen?

Hi jomarie - when you say your feet are stiff, do you mean “achy”? Would you say the “Charley Horse” feeling in your calves could also be described as a burning sensation?  I have days where I feel like I can’t even walk on my feet they ache so badly and I get a burning sensation in the front of my calves for about 2 weeks out of the month, but I get burning sensations on my forearms, back, neck & chest...it travels around - I have also had intense tendon aches that come & go - Ugh!

The advise to patients who would say they felt as if they were walking on bones or achy feet means a deficiency in calcium. Take calcium pills, and it will go away within a day or two. Charley horse pain is from a lack of magnesium.

My feet are achy-- moreso in the morning but thruout the day.  I cannot pinpoint exactly.  I do wear good shoes and rotate them often.   I do take many supplements including calcium and mag--- in fact, it's all in one pill.  But perhaps I can try taking two to see if that helps.
