thank you so much.  I have litterally cried all day.  can't even work.  crying now.  because i am like really soft hearted and I wouldn't hurt a fly.  but these crazy thoughts just come from no where. scares to death.  I feel so much better knowing im not alone in this.  I have the Lord by my side, but knowing other people have gone through it is very comforting.

Me too. I was even swearing at God the other. Why is my life so miserable.

I'm miserable too. I lack an interest in everything. I dodge social events and feel detached from the world. It so hard to grasp that this is a normal change in life. I never knew how much female hormones controlled. This is ruining my life

I hear ya!! We could be twins. I too feel detached from life. It's so rough to deal with. It's hard to explain to someone else who has not deal with the same issue! ! I'm so glad found this site!

Hi Anne, I was the same in April. Told my doctor I thought I was going mad- she said your not and you will be fine. I didn't believe her at the time but it is true, started on HRT 3 months ago and I feel 100% better. Your not alone, and it will pass, it's hormones x

I remember when my peri began 9 yrs ago and I was going mental as well. Jehova witnesses would suffer in my hand, use to shout at them like mad if they came near my door. I shouted at my childminder's kid, would lose it with my kids, cry for no reason and wake up with panic attacks. I would think is it all

    Worth it!!

Went to see my doctor and she put me on fluoxetine and it calmed me down. Peri make our behaviour really erratic and those around us suffer as well.

Go and speak to your doctor about how you are feeling. You can also take Femarrelle that helps with all these symptoms, it's a natural tablet and it does the same thing as HRT. I came off HRT and I am taking it now. So far so good.

We're all going nuts. I thought it was just my crazy job, but I nearly have breakdowns at work all the time. In general -the littlest things set me off. I thouggt it was just an old-age cranky thing.
