I have one nipple that seems to have a strange texture on the surface. It seems after an infection that it has never healed. Despite Anti biotics I still have this crust that keeps on coming onto my right nipple. I've tried creams and all kinds of things, but it's like it never heals. What can I do? Any thoughts for a diagnosis. My GP just says mastitis. I'm a guy so a bit worried.

If you're worried ask for a referral to have it checked I would. I had mastitis and always had any changes checked and clinic were great and never undermined me or made me feel silly for going. I was alwayds fine but discharge or anything 'abnormal' needs a proper diagnosis not the opinion if a fsmily doctor.

If you're not allergic to neosporin, try
it daily, it's my wonder.I just recently had to see a dermatologist, Google the best doctor under your medical plan. Although, they don't have available appointments for weeks.
