Hello Pam, yes I can definitelyrelate to how you feel. I am 48 as well. I went through all of the crying days and feeling horrible. I still have those days now and then but I have gotten better. I have more good days then bad. It will happen for you too. Just try and be gentle with yourself and rest as much as you can. Know your limits and dont overdo things or you may feel worse for that day. Keep reading on this site. It helps. I hope that you feel better soon.

Thank you ! I really think it's time for me to overhaul my daily nutrition. . Maybe take a walk or two per day.

Your welcome! Yes light walking helped me....I still walk every day. Even if you dont feel up to walking stand on your porch and breathe in some fresh air. It helps! I also take vitamin d3 because I was low on vitamin d. If there is anthing that I can help you with let me know.

Hi Pam...yes i definitely have days like that. I am 49 and still regular but they are changing. I was having bad indigestion sweats and mood swings until i cut out caffeine and (tried ) to reduce my sugar intake. It definitely helped. I still have bad days but ride them out. Coming on here does help because you don't feel so alone in this. X
