Currently on rivarixaban,planning to have a baby.how safe is it?

I have had two episodes of pulmonary emboli and currently on rivarixaban since 2015. I am on it for life. I have two LOs n want to have a third.i want to know how safe it is since I had complications in my last pregnancy with internal bleeding n ended up in ICU n had life line. Please advise

    Hi I would have a word with your consultant I was taking the same medication as you before I had the Pulmonary Embolisms. My daughter as the same condition  while she was pregnant with twins she had to have Heprin injection every day she had to have an emergency cersarian at 7 months everything went well.  I have been on warfarin since the clots on my lungs.  I would strongly recommend you speak to a consultant ask him your options.     My cousin had the same and not allowed Rivoraxaban whilst pregnant but heparin injections instead! Please do consult a Specialist!
