Day 20...feel achy, feverish (no actual fever though), rundown. Normal?

Hi all. Still riding the roller coaster of side effects and would just really appreciate some reassurance. I'm on day 20. The beginning was lots of dizziness, nausea, etc. That seems to have passed and now I am having flu like symptoms. Hot sweats, I feel like I have fever but temp is always normal, achy and just feel rundown. I have seen a few people mention this but as someone with awful health anxiety, I would love some reassurance that this is "normal". Thank you!

Thank you SO MUCH for your reply! I can't put into words how much it has meant to be encouraged by people who have gone thru the same thing. I don't have much support from friends or family so this site has meant the world to me. I'm happy to know that this is "normal" - feeling like I have some kind of flu was starting to freak me out. Thanks again, and I hope you continue to improve on your journey as well.

Hi Jennifer,
This is what I'm going through at the moment now except I don't have the nausea. Hot sweats I can relate too. Also having headaches, dizziness and feeling lightheaded. Sleeping is awful at the moment too. I use to look forward to a good nights sleep... Now it takes me a while to fall asleep and I wake constantly in the night. I find the afternoons to nights of each day are my toughest. This is when the headaches, dizziness and lightheaded kicks in. I take a pandol to kick the headaches and also the hot sweats. Who knew the side effects would ever be this bad!!!

Hi E,
I'm sorry you're going thru this too. What day are you on? My nausea and dizziness passed around day 16 or 17. Now I'm left with feeling like I have some kind of weird flu. I'm so ready to feel normal again and I know you are too!
I know what you mean about the nights. Mine have gotten slightly better the last few days. Someone on here suggested downloading a hypnotherapy app for sleep and I did that. It does help settle my mind and I can get to sleep faster.
Take care.

Hi Jennifer,
I have no idea what day I'm up to but I know it's been a few weeks now. I tried some meditation the other day and that seem to calm my anxiety. I'll look into the hypnotherapy app for sure, I need a good night sleep. I wake up in th morning feeling hungover (didn't even have any alcohol the night before). Once I get going I'm alright but the afternoon headaches, dizziness and lightheadedness hits me like a train!!!
