I have now been taken sertreline 50mg for 3days now as I suffer with severe anxiety and panic attacks, but today I am feeling really dizzy as though I am going to fall over, is this normal?

I felt the same. In actual fact I was off my face. Lol
But after a week started feeling normal and after two weeks now feel the best I've ever felt.
Stick with it
I was on the same dose as you and felt like I had been hit by a brick but it does improve, this site helped me so much

Hi Aaron. It's completely normal. I was the same as you with some other horrible side effects too. Every week I improved. By 4-6 weeks I felt amazing. Stick with it.

Hi Aaron,
I took 50mgs for 3 weeks then my dose was increased to 100mgs. In total for 6 weeks. Feeling much better now. First week experienced the same and it wasn't great as initially it makes you more anxious.
Keep going. Things will get better. X
