hey everyone,
i feel slightly worst I got most of the side effects still. I know its early days but does it get any better. I still feel anxious everyday with palpitations and a headache.
how long does it take to kick in..
can u share u experiences pls

welcome 😃 im on day 34 all i can say is it does get easier as the days go by, i was a mess two weeks ago and tomorrow im towing a caravan for a week away with my two boys. have you found anything that gives you relief?

aww okay thats sounds hopeful, hope u enjoy your trip! and I was petrified to even take the medication in the first place because I read all the side effects lol but I took it! Currently I'm taking everyday at a time but meditation and writing helps me.. did anything help you? x

i was scared too at first, everyday that passes is a day closer to recovery. i find going for a walk everyday helps even if its only 10 minutes, i dont feel like doing it but once i have i feel better for it. i also listen to podcasts so i feel less alone. and meditation defo helps. how are you this evening? x

hey,
I was abit anxious this evening so I put my little girl to sleep and i went to sleep too lol. I feel so boring now. how are you? how many weeks did it take for u to feel abit back to normal?

aww im glad you got some sleep. its only this week that ive had a good couple of days im on week 5, be kind to yourself and give yourself time. break the day into hours or even half hours, baby steps. youre going through a journey of recovery (me too) we will be better it just takes time x
