I KNOW IT'S ANXIETY BUT WHY DO I THINK ABOUT DEATH ALL THE TIME PLEASE HELP

Its natural to wonder. We were born with physical needs and spiritual needs. The good news is that we don't need to worry about what happens when we die. The bible gives the answer. To summarise we are no longer conscious, we no longer think or feel. We go back to the dust we were made from .Jesus described it as a sleep like state. The other good news is that the bible also gives us details of the future when sickness and death will be no more and also of the resurrection of those who have died. It may seem scary but you don't need to worry. Xx
