It will stay as long as the root anxiety isn't dealt with, it's a side effect of anxiety. If the anxiety is there, it will be too

You need to take advice from your GP. Make a list of your fears before you go.

With above there are treatments to treat this with your Anxiety, and assosiated type of Depression

Yes I have from anxiety. Everything looked fake to me too almost like I was looking through glass. I started taking Venlafaxine to control my anxiety and each day it got better and better. Now I'm fine and I'm enjoying life again. Talk to your doctor about going on medication or something that might help.

Hey, i have recently suffered from dp/dr. Came outta nowhere. I went to the docs because i was having constant panic attacks and freaking out and they put me on prozac... it worked a treat! It got a lot worse before it got better, but now the cloud is clearing. The best thing to do is talk to your docs as well as accepting that you feel this way and that it cannot physically hurt you. Try your best to live life, even with dp/dr - it will fade, i promise. Remember to repeat this to yourself; its anxiety and nothing else.

This is how I beat DR/DP: I started to work out again, I started taking 5-HTP, Magnesium supplements, B-12 and B-6 Vitamines, and drinking Kava tea.

Its very important to keep a positive mindset!!! it will help with depression and anxiety.

I've been having severe anxiety the past week where is gone from Dr/dp to thinking I'm going schizophrenic. I am a very religious and I've been feeling so distant from God. It's like all my core beliefs have been shaken.

    You are not alone
