Gosh that is a high dose. I take 80mg slow release once a day. I don't find they work much for me have you been on them a while?

only started the 80mg last friday,TBH i dont think they are doing much for me either,my old GP retired and the new GP seems useless, just feel terrible 24/7,am unable to work or even do general day to day things

I have just upped my Propranalol to two a day Bd morning and evening.. Sertraline will make you feel drowsy is for depression..are you still getting headaches with Propranalol Meds if so I would get them reviewed .. Maybe indomethecin could be tried.. Look it up.. Check the triggers for your Migraines.light smell food stuffs.. I drink a small glass of red wine to help periodically with my dinner.. Be careful though you don't want a hangover.

i am going to get a 2nd opinion as im not happy with what my gp has given me,and i still feel like crap

Good idea! But I would check the meds You are on Sumatripan as well as propranolol..higher dose.. May be too much Are you taking pain relief analgesia as well? I should stop them for a couple of days the drugs out of the system then go back on the high dose of Propranalol. I am on two a day morning and evening.. Having too many tabs can cause a headache as well ..

too many painkillers can give you a hangover headache he is right! I take 80mg tabs x2 just upped the dose.. I think you should stop them all for a few days keep a dairy of how you feel..if you still are getting the headaches then start up the Propranalol am & pm.. Like me.. I have had periodic Migraines.. It's about dilating the vessels in your head.. Drink red wine sometimes to .. I do. The last migraine I had a fog post the episode. To be honest the meds can mix and make you feel like S***T..it won't do you any harm without them ibrufen is an anti-inflammatory.. Re introduce the ibrufen take with milk though! Not on an empty tummy.

Propranalol can help with Anxiety and Palpatations.. If you stop them you will notice the difference.. The heart speeds up and races, due to the vessels constricting.

I understand same problem where I am living ..so noisy sleep isinterrupted often.. Don't give up on the Propranalol go back to it and the ibrufen I think that's all you need for now.. If you need the anti depressive tab then  go back on that again .. You need to clear your system of all the meds in case the are reacting against each other.. Good luck let me know how you are in a week..
