I do not get derealization as severe as many people, but I can tell you that a book that I'm reading says that derealization will stop when your anxiety is under control. So first and foremore you need to fix the issue of anxiety. I know it's not the answer you're looking for but I hope it helps.

Yes and it's scary! I've been dealing with it for almost a month now! It makes your anxiety 10 times worse and then you think something is wrong with you like you're dying and you google symptoms (which only makes it worse lol) it's awful but it's part of anxiety I guess. I was put on 50mg of sertraline last Monday. I've felt a little better the past two days. Hopefully it will kick in and I'll feel normal again!

Yes, but it's beatable, take everything in alow down and breath, soon you'll start to feel part of the world again.

I do 99% of the time but I try to distract myself by binge watching Netflix, sounds stupid but I prefer to be 100% concentrated on that rather than "real life" it's easier
