Good to here from you and you had a good holiday. It is a shame your face was swollen. Hope if didn't spoil your holiday too much. Everyone was worrying about you. I suddenly remembered you were going away because the last message you sent to me you had been shopping for the boys.
Well hope to see you on here soon when you get chance.
Take care

you know ts always nice to think people who u really care about worries when someone isnt on... i know i could not get on with my life if it wasnt for people like u. i had a good holiday had to stay in for a couple of nights because of face but to be honest 14 days was a bit much im not used to being out all day and in the evening but tried very hard so my family coould have a lovely holiday. im trying so hard to keep positive but sometimes i feel so sorry for us all..why should we be like this why should we suffer and why should we always have to fight for people to believe us.. also im terrified for the 19th nov for my appeal and i sometimes get into a panic wheni think about having to go to those people and basically beg them to believe me...
i hope ur day is ok and u and the rest of our friends is keeping well... well im off to put more washing in the machine... guess its welcome back di lol.. xxx

It is alwlays hard to remain positive but that is all we have really! You did really well wiv your holiday and put your family before yourself so they could have a good time. I am sure you had a good time as well but must have been difficult for you with tiredness etc.
I got a book from my Library all about Fibromyaglia. It is called \"The first year Fibromyaglia\" It is by Claudia Craig Marek who has fibromyaglia herself. It is a really interesting book so far. She does from first being diagnosed to a whole year of having Fibro. Might be good for you to read if she like reading.
I feel quite tired tonight as haven't felt quite right these last two days. Think could be my new thyroid meds that had to be changed. Don't overdo it with too much washing lol
Take care

Yes the weather does make me feel worse and I don't like it  Don't like the dark nights coming up as we change the clocks this weekend I think.
Didn't sleep to well again last night. Might sleep seems to have got worse since I been taking different thyroid meds. I ache all over from waist down today and feel like I have been run over
Still managed though to do my first lot of exercises today. Not sure if really helping with pain but I feel at least I am doing something. If not helping fibro might be doing some good for OA.
Yes I am like you like to read up about a condition that I have. I did that with my thyroid cancer read all about it. When I was told I had it still was a shock but at least I had read that it was a good curable one!
Well time for breakfast now and may be another read for a while!
Hope you are not in too much pain today. Talk soon.

So glad your hol was ok. I know just what you mean about trying to keep going for the rest of the family, I`m my husbands carer and he just doen`t understand what I`m going through. So I just try to keep going for his sake! It must have been nice though just to be somewhere warm!!
Tess I read that book last year when I was first diagnosed, its about the best one I`ve found. Like you I like to read up on the condition I have and that book was better than any of the others I looked at.
Been out for lunch today to the carvery. I felt really good after the first morning stiffness and eased a little, but am really exhausted now I`m home. At least I don`t have to cook tonight!! Its the most awful feeling this exhaustion, its not like feeling naturally tired when you have been busy, it sort of washes over me and feels like someone has pulled the plug out and drained away all my energy. Sometimes to the point of feeling sick.
Well going to rest now before the family gets in from work.
Take care Love Linda

Must have been good for you to go out to lunch. Like you say though it can take it out of you! Still important to go though. I have another book from library called living with fibromyaglia. The other one looks the better book and is really interesting. Will look at other book as well. But really like the first one!
Hi Di yes having your hair done will make you feel better. I need to get mine done. Only had a light perm on it a couple of months ago and didn't take very well because of all my hormonal changes. Will have to have a stronger one next time. Lets hope your daughter will be true to her word and give you some help with making the tea!
I am lucky as I only have to cook for two of us now! Do miss having all the children round the table at tea times. As my husband shifts are 7 til 7 I am now always eating my meals on my own a lot of the time. I use to cook for seven of us when all the children were little.
Well I hope we all get a good night sleep and not too much pain
