Diarrhea on days 10 and 13 post op Hemorrhoidectomy

Anyone experienced Diarrhea after their hemorrhoidectomy? I took two doses of lactulose 15 ml on the 25th. Woke up with horrible diarrhea, took an imodium after 12 hours of nonstop BMs. 27th I was a bit constipated. 28th I was normal. And now today 29th I have diarrhea again. WHY ME! Also anal fissure/bruising may have happened so I have a suppository in me for the pain which helps a bit. I don't know what is going on with me.
