I have a different type question. Can your hemorrhoids be so large and inflamed that it causes you to have bladder issues and you can't empty your bladder all the way, or you have urine urgency?

i guess any pain in that area could cause urine retention.
i suffered urine retention after all 3 of my rectal surgeries.
if you have a bath then i would suggest running a nice warm one, getting in and relaxing and seeing if you can pee in the bath i know it doesnt sound very nice but this always helped me go when i was suffering urine retention. i nice hot shower can help the same way too. if these dont work then id consider getting some medication for urine infection as that would be my second guess.
hope this helps
