Discolored spot on penis glans

I noticed a discolored spot near the tip of my penis. I can’t tell if I’ve always had this or if it just occurred recently. I visited my GP over a month ago before I noticed this spot and he said my penis looked fine. I fist noticed the spot a few weeks ago while showering and it has stayed the same. It’s not raised and I feel no pain or itchiness. Here is a picture and I drew a circle around the spot. I’m afraid it’s HPV since i had unprotected sex a year ago but I received gardisil 9 before becoming sexually active PLEASE HELP image

    since you are circumcised you cant see any of the blood vessels that enrich the area so I understand why it is you think you have something. your penis has areas that are rich in blood and sometimes they stop flowing very well and it can cause these lighter spots. notice how when you get an erection it dissipates a little?

      yes! I cant see it anymore when I get an erection which is why this has been confusing me.

      that solves it then. drinking more water can help relieve the discoloration but it doesnt pose an issue as is.

      if you were to pinch your finger you'll see the tissue below your fingernail tun white and when when you release it itll go back, this is essentially the same thing but without the external stimuli:)
