Discomfort behind wound site

Hiya, I'm about a month going on two past surgery and last few days when I bend down or lie down where the scar is on my tum is a bit tender?

What could this be

    I had open gallbladder surgery June 22 it's been awhile but your always going to feel tenderness during rain I don't know why but I do, also you are still healing so relax give it time.

    Also start a low impact exercise regimen to rebuild core muscles even walking is good

      I had started a spot of yoga. But scared to take on my normal spin and pump regime again

      I started with a dancing DVD salsa then reggae twenty min each and I also have a three year old so I had to build strength in my core cause I missed taking care of him i was tired of asking everyone to help me he motivated me.
