I was diagnosed with diverticulitis a while ago. The worst of
my symptoms are constant pain low down in the centre of my tummy,
cramp type pains, flatulence, constipation or diarrhoea after eating.
Every time I eat I'm getting symptoms now , I'm losing my appetite.
I know I also have gallstones. .. Thoughts please.
I'm really struggling now and can't get my GP to listen to me.

so sorry you're going through this. I used to eat Greek yogurt, ever since I was diagnosed, some things just don't taste good and this is one of them. Strange.
