Hi 😊 I have had dizziness constantly for over a week! Feel like I'm loosing my balance even tho and I don't but I suppose even if u do have a stumble when ur worryin u notice it more than u would normally as u probs wldnt give it a second Thot. I'm having an awful time but started pills today so hopefully will improve. I hope u get rid of the dizziness soon, it's not nice but I think a total common symptom of anxiety 😊😊

This is what's happening to me today. That mixed with hot flashes is scaring me.. It almost feels like I'm dizzy, but I don't actually think I'm dizzy. Just sit down for a little and relax. Eat some sugar and drink some water, in case you're dehydrated or have low blood sugat that you don't know about.

I suffered from this week 3 of being on Zoloft. I was freaking out bc I wasn't sure what was causing it. It was just my body getting used to the medicine. I had so many tests ran on me. Blood tests. Echo, ekg, chest c ray. Nothing could explain the dizziness. The doctors didn't say it was for the meds. But I figured it out myself. It's been a little over a month on the meds and I have no more dizziness.

      HI Stephx

I have the same dizziness, feel like i"m  rocking on a boat when I sit or stand, feel off balance when I walk, like I'm walking on a trampoline or on marshmellows as i call it, also feel like I'm dropping like an elevator, or being pushed forward when I'm walking, and bending forward is the worst, if I bend to much like sweeping or vacuuming the floor or mopping, getting things out of cupboard it gets bad.   I was diagnosed with migraine associated vertigo, its eccentially a silent migraine that effects the inner ear, it also causes at times a slight headache with neck and upper shoulder pain across the tops of the shoulders.  I was diagnosed by an Otolaryngologist ENT.  I thought it was anxiety but it was pretty much constant so I went to my GP and he sent me to the specialist.  I have had now for almost a year, I do rehab therapy for it everyday and its getting better.  Also anxiety comes with as does depression, and anxiety and stress will make it so much worse.

I read your post and it sounded like me so I thought I would share it with, no need to feel bad if you can get help for it.

I had an Awful time with it, because of my health anxiety and it took me months to get it diagnosed.  But if you think its not just anxiety, maybe get it checked out.

      Hope you feel better

Mine feels like I'm going backwards like I'm doing a gambole.

I am pretty stressed out with work at the moment as I've handed my notice in and I'm starting a new job in 1 week. Perhaps subconsciously I am stressed out with it all.
