Dizziness

Hi all. Had my gallbladder removed in June and still experiencing dizziness. Had it all the time whilst waiting for surgery but put that down to not eating much but I now eat little and often and still get it. Always worse after my evening meal. Anyone else having this?

    Ahve you spoke to your DR? What has he / she said?

    Yes going through same thing, Dr said not eating enough but I feel like I am. But I also have lost 23 kg over the last year whilst waiting for surgery and after.

      Stay on low fat..  Sounds like suger levels are dropping.. FRUITSNACKS work great.. low fat but still has suger
