Dizziness, shooting pains in head for 6 weeks

Hi, I'm 32 and I'm confused to what is wrong. One minute I'm being told I have labrithritis, then I'm told I have bppv now I'm told I have both. Went to A&E 3 days ago and he gave me diazepam. He also said to go back if no improvement. I haven't been scanned yet.

Please help any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Do you have dizzy episodes or is it a constant feeling? The head pain is it like zap, sharp, pressure?? Is your dizziness like vertigo or just dizzy spells? Have you tried the epley maneuver?

Hi, I'm feeling dizzying laying down. standing up and walking. Last night I had really bad ringing in my ears. The hospital said for me to go back if the symptoms have not gone away. Now I feel like I'm going to be sick. It's the headaches I wake up with that are worrying me the most.

      But no hearing loss ?

If u have labs u have hearing loss if u have VN u have no hearing loss - both will give u 24hr symptoms at the start - tinitus all part of it

BPPV Is positional so turning Over in bed, looking up and down and left and right.

I have a falling feeling when my bppv is Back.

      Keep up right on pillows.

I have VN had it 7 years now and BPPV on and off for 7 years.

It's scary it's horrid it's worrying but it won't kill you.

      Where in the uk R u ?

If u want to private message u can - I know how u r feeling i was 6 months pregnant when it started for me
