Dizzynes and patches

I quit smoking seven days ago.and have been feeling dizzy and very weak.is this normal withdrawal or could it be a side effect of the patches

    Your ok this is normal your dreams may get intense as well and your sleep patterns may change but its all ok this will pass. Well done on the first week Treat yourself with the cash you would of spent or put it in a jar and pat yourself on the back your on your way to a better life..

    8 days smoke free now .stopped using patches yesterday cos I thought they may be causing dizziness and weakness in legs.seem to be less weak today but still light headed

    So proud of you. Its normal its the new oxygen levels occurring. Takes time to level out. Really proud!
