Do I have genital warts? *pictures*

I went to urgent care on July 28th because I noticed these little bumps near my vulva. The doctor told me that it was genital warts & I instantly became sad & depressed. On August 9th I had my annual check up with my OBGYN & she looked at the bumps and told me they didn’t look like genital warts. She prescribed nystatin and triamcinolone cream & told me to follow up with her in 2 weeks. So far I’m seeing improvement & the bumps cleared up a lot. I’m just confused & wondering is it still possible that this is genital warts?

    They do look a bit like warts, but if they were warts triamcinolone and Nystatin wouldn't help. So the fact that they are imroving so much strongly suggests that they arn't warts.

    It looks like it is clearing up from the cream. I would ask your doctor what she thought it was, maybe yeast and irritation?

    Could potentially be a rash. If the cream is helping then I wouldn't worry.

    If you keep getting re-occuring outbreaks. Then it could be something to worry about
