Do I have herpes?

I know the only way to know for sure is to get tested. Last Friday I was getting dressed and notice two small red bumps resembling ingrown hairs. They were not like blisters and did not ooze anything. I have zero pain or itching and I wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't looking. Today I noticed two more small bumps resembling small pimples next to one of the first red bumps. Still no itching or pain. I'm concerned because I typically don't have issues with my skin down there. Can you have herpes without pain or discomfort? Basically, I wouldn't have been aware of these spots had I not seen them.

herpes always accompanies with tingling, burning, itching and pain. If you have bumps without pain or itchiness, i don't think it's herpes. Red bumps in the genitals can signal of many STIs, such as genital warts, syphilis. Sometimes, they just a normal sign. As bumps without pain and itchiness, they can be a sign of sylis or genital warts. To make sure, you should get tested

Whether I have herpes????? Recently, a cluster of bumps appear on the vulva.  Tingling, burning and itching sensations are what I feel. Asked other forums, no one gives me the answer. I just wanna know do I have herpes. Since I and my partner had oral sex 3 weeks ago, I didn't know whether he spread the virus to me.

maybe you get genital herpes. You can get it from your partner, but you also have had the virus before. If you've had the virus, your partner can be infected on his lips. Both of you should get tested and seek treatments immadiately

thank you. We got tested already. The unhappy news is I was diagnosed with herpes while my partner was negative. My doctor prescribed lysine and prosurx to me. I just hope they work well for me as my boyfriend wants to leave me alone. I love him and I wanna maintain our relationship. I'm actually so scared

      Hi Eleanor,

What tests did you guys do to diagnose genital herpes? And are you guys based in the UK? If you are then chances are I can get the same test?

      Thanks.

We had blood test. My partner didn't have symptoms, so the diagnosis was negative. Normally, if having no symptoms, you shouldn't get tested because it just causes anxiety. However, as I have herpes symptoms and I'm so scared, I ask my partner for a test
