I am a college student and I was sexually assaulted 2 years ago. Ever since then, I’ve been too scared to get checked for anything and I feel like I have something, but I also feel like I could just be freaking myself out. Sometimes my vagina burns and sometimes when I have sex I get a burning sensation but I don’t know if that’s just because of the trauma I went through. I need help anyone please!

Hi Gina, I am so sorry that happened to you. That is just terrible.
Have you ever had any lesions? Burning sensation alone does not mean herpes.
It could be Bacterial Vaginosis, yeast infection, UTI, or an STD. You're best to see a doctor and have an STD screening. You'll fee much better once you get it over and done with.
