Do I have herpes? HELP. I'm getting suicidal thoughts.

After having oral sex and fingering. The very next day after 12 hours i had blisters in between my fingers with 99 fever.

I showed it to two dermatologist who said it's viral exanthem. Blisters were itchy.

After 18 days i started feeling burning sensation down there while peeing and also normally it burned when I'm not doing anything. Burned more when it was erect. Was urethritis because of herpes because urine routine was normal.

And after 15 days, still burning is there as doxycycline didn't help. And I'm again having 2 rashes at the same spot where i had blisters on fingers.

And today i again noticed one Blistery type thing on penis.

Please help.
