Do I have mouth cancer? Little cluster lumps, saw jaw etc

Hi. I may be totally over reacting but I wondered if anyone can give any advice as I can't get to a GP until Monday at least now and I'm really worried . I'm 29 and have found a lump on my left and right inside cheek. I also have these little white dots below one of my teeth. It's really hard to get a clear picture. There are maybe 4 or 5 tiny white spots in a cluster. They won't wipe off. In general my gums have been bleeding for a little white. I also have a very stiff jaw on my left side. It pops when I try to open it. The jaw problem has been happening for about 8 weeks. My dentist assumed it was TMJ but now I'm worried it's related to the lumps and could sign something more sinister.

Photos of all three are here in the link :

Go to a dentist that does oral screening and you'll be able to rule it out. Doesn't look sinister to me, but I'm no doctor or dentist. cheesygrin

It doesn't sound like any kind of cancer to me, but I'm not a doctor either.  Just try to stay calm until you can see your dentist or doctor.  It's only a day away.  Meanwhile, the jaw stiffness doesn't sound related to the white spots.  Do the spots itch?

just take a look at the pic.

try brushing proper if, possible with hot water.

Go see your dentist. In the lower jaw, you seem to have tonsil stone but, i suggest you visit yr dentist i'm not a doctor.

    Thanks
