hi I too am wondering whether

to visit the doctor. I'm still having periods but they are very erratic. I dont really want to take HRT because I'm worried about weight gain, but I'm also suffering with dry vagina which makes sex uncomfortable and causes thrush or cystitis. not really sure what to do x

I just saw my gyn last Friday and she suggested a vaginal estrogen cream which is applied with an applicator. She said that it's important to start using it before you get dry because once you do it's hard to reverse it. I've got it waiting at the drug store, just need to do some more research to see if it's safe, etc..

I would suggest using a lubricant like KY liquid. It's odorless and doesn't seem to cause any allergic reactions for me, and I'm very sensitive.

Hi. Do you have the name of the cream please?

I'm traveling at the moment, but have to say, I never picked up the script. The doc had said though it's a plant based estrogen cream and comes with an applicator if that helps. You would need a prescription, so best to ask your doc.
