Do you find that you get sick more often?

Ladies in perimenopause, do you find that you get sick more often? I feel like I am ALWAYS sick. I have had the flu twice this season. And if it's not that, it's a cold, or a sinus infection, or whatever. There is ALWAYS something wrong and I am so frustrated. Anyone else?

hi there , oh yes! i agree with ya because i just came home sick now after leaving work to go to the walk in clinic . so now im on antibiotics because of a chest infection and also was there last week because of my bowels not working right.

i have been more sick this past few years then any other years . i was actaully wondering if anyone else was feeling the same way too so , im glad you posted this .

i think its the hormonal imbalence going on . im 50 and i miss cycles then i get heavy ones . im sure i have all of the perii symptoms known to woman or man even sadly . fruatrated? oh yes ! ill be glad when menopause kicks in finally and settles things down, well " i hope it will i mean . lord bless us all . hugs to ya !

Thank you, ladies! Just getting over a horrible flu - had a 103 fever, stomach bug, the works. Ugh. And I had a similar thing before Christmas. My labwork never shows any issues except the hormones and some VERY mild anemia, so it has to be the general chaos of the perimenopause. The immune system is just going nuts, I think.
