Hi Julie ... don’t take this wrong way but ‘ stop thinking’ sorry had to just say that lol... but yeah I know just what you mean, think our minds DO worsen our symptoms and make us over think... I’m on 60 mg now, and feel great after 8+ months .. and when I went up each time, yeah I was scared who isn’t, but I just had to get on with it if I wanted to feel good, so that’s my view on it, think we could do with a switch at the side of hower heads to turn off then we wouldn’t worry so much..

Keep going your doing great to get this far, you will turn that corner soon I’m sure 🤗x

    Hi Julie,

Yes I’m in week 11.  I switched in week 6 from Zoloft.  I’m finally seeing definite improvement.  It has been extremely hard.  8-9 weeks were terrible for me.  I started this for depression, but it caused me terrible anxiety from about week 4 until just a few days ago.  The last few days I haven’t had to take Xanax, which is a definite improvement.  I know from starting it last time over 20 years ago, this is what we have to go through unfortunately to feel better.  It’s a really slow process.  We will get there though.💕

    Hi Julie,

It’s funny you posted this. I had a neurologist appt about a week ago. She was asking me a ton of questions. I had started Prozac about a month before and many of my answers were, ‘yes, but I think that is side effect of the Prozac’. She finally said ‘Wow, you are blaming Prozac for a lot!’
