The bill cost me too much to go back to the doctor and i dont have health insurance. I right now feel like my shoulder is starting to burn and also the back of my neck, i am truly scared i dont know if its angina or if i have an anxiety disorder i need help asap!

I'm in the same place right now. I'm truly convicted something is wrong with my heart. I went to the ER and got an EKG and chest X-ray. All came back okay. I still have the symptoms a couple months later. Chest pain, shortness of breath, muscle pain. Etc. it's consuming. Even when I'm with friends. I can't shut it off. I'm constantly in pain and uncomfortable. I'm sorry you're going through something similar. I too don't have health insurance and can't just go to the doctor as I please. If you ever need to talk know I'm going through the exact same thing. Take care.

I get the same exact feelings.. Relax.. He checked you and said you're fine! Do they have low income health insurance or anything youd quality for? I'm finally getting an echo and 24 hour holter for increased heart rate but now I'm nervous about that too lol. Its apparently a lose lose, we will never feel "normal" it seems.. Just relax. If it gets to be where you don't think Its normal, go to the ER and set up a payment arrangement once the Bill comes.. I'm sure you're fine though!

Take a different route now. Save yourself more bills. You went and have been told it's anxiety. Right? Learn all you can on this now. You tube can teach you about anxiety and panic disorders. Look up mindful breathing. Read thru this whole forum to get more knowledge and guidance. Hopefully you will be able to get insurance in the near future as a therapist would be helpful. Many medical universities sometimes have clinics that are free as well. You can look into that if needed,

I'm only 18 & my mom doesn't have health insurance anymore so I don't have a possible way to figure out if I'm okay or not
