My husband (referred to in Comment 1) was treated and is now monitored by Consultant Urologist Mr Kevin Thomas in Gwynedd County Hospital, Bangor, North Wales. I'm sure Mr Thomas himself would hesitate to describe himself as a 'specialist' but he has probably treated more RF patients than most, is interested in this relatively rare disease and is most approachable and understanding.
