Does anyone have experience with taking ashwagandha?

i tried ashwagandha a few days ago and i felt wonderful within a very short time, i felt warm, relaxed to the enth degree, and slept like a baby, but shortly thereafter i had breathing issues, i am so disappointed that i can't continue as i feel this would be a great asset for me. i took 650mg and cut it back to 125mg and even 80mg but still have the breathing issues, if anyone can relate or has any helpful advice please respond.

    Hi Cheryl,

I've taken ashwagandha many times in the past, it certainly helped elevate my mood and reduced my anxiety and depression for some time.

it you're unable to take it, you could try taking lavender tablets as they seemed to create the same calming feeling for me. Camomile tablets are also very good. CBD is helpful, but can interact with certain medication.

If you're taking other medication it may be worth checking if the ashwagandha interacting with it.

Hope that you find a solution 😊

always consult with your doctor before taking any supplements. As they are not regulated. People can actually take too much and have bad reactions of any type of supplement.
