Does anyone know what this is? 1 month of symptoms

Im male 21
Ive had anal pressure/ fullness since January
Ive been to 4 doctors, no specialist yet.
1st told me I had a fecal impaction and gave me fleets and laxatives (lactulose).
2nd made faces and laughed without examining me and prescribed magnesium citrate.
3rd performed enema on me, nothing came out. did x-rays and showed no blockage.
4th laughed at me, didnt even examine me and had a face of disdain the whole time. I was given a refferal to a GI doctor and dismissed. (charged even though not consultation nor examination)
I was only having diarrhea and took lactulose, milk of magnesium, and miralax. soon after I took magnesium citrate.
1 or 2 days after the 3rd visit I was able to have my first solid (green) stool.
since then I had green stools for a week, a bit of brown and dual colored (brown and light brown)
to yellow loose stools and what Im experiencing now: green stools.
Ive had mucus on stool, broken stools (not diarrhea) flat stool, thin stools and pellet stools and moss looking green stools.
no blood whatsoever and no family history of anyone having these.
Ive been experiencing undigested bits of food in stool, floating stools (yellow first, now green) and minor discomfort at the "pit of stomach" (area where under chest meets belly).
yesterday I decided to use a camera and look at my butt and I see this as shown in the pic.
is this hemorrhoids? is it infection? cancer?
can someone help me? Im losing it, I have no peace and no happiness for a month now.
Ive thought about offing myself because Im scared to die and I have anxiety.
I will see the GI doctor I was reffered to soon. but Im too scared to wait. am I dying?
every time I google my symptoms it leads to cancer.

Hi there, it is a good thing that there is no blood. It does sound like internal hemorrhoids, but it would be best to get checked by a specialist. I have been experiencing some of your symptoms as well and have not been diagnosed with anything yet. When you have to fart do you experience any issues? like the gas trying to get out but getting stuck somewhere in there? I have been dealing with bloody stools as well, it is very frustrating. Hope you get answers soon, good luck to you!

Almost a month now. Feeling like there is a balloon in my ass... rectal fullness I think they call it edema and it could be caused by hemorrhoids. One month before that so around beginning of December I started having bloody stools and it has been ongoing since then, every single day. Hopefully we get a diagnosis soon. When is your appointment? I am surprised that they haven't performed any tests on you. Hopefully you get a good doctor next and find out what is going on.

I have a appointment with a nurse at the GI doctor on tuesday. Idk when they'll schedule for me to see the doctor but Im sure theyll shed some light on whats going on.
I have not had blood thank God, but since you said you did then you may want to get a GI doctor appointment too. which trust me, I hate seeing people say that over and over in forums when we just want an instant solution but they may be the only ones to really help since they work with that part of the body.
try to check your ass (maybe with a camera?) like I did, and see if you see anything like mine.
Idk too much about it but from what I read, if it was anal or colon/rectal cancer it wouldnt show on the anus. Ive been real scared too, especially since this came out if nowhere.
I hope we can keep in touch until either of us get it checked. it helps to talk to someone who is experiencing the same.
but hey, if it helps you feel better
internal hemorrhoids cause bleeding so maybe thats why.

I have checked before and I see some swollen purple veins in the rectal area so it could be internal hemorrhoids like you said. They did schedule me an appointment with a colorectal surgeon but it's in 3 weeks. I guess they will do some more exams in there and hopefully diagnose me. Like you said it does help to talk to someone with similar issues and without a real diagnosis. We will keep in touch. Will be updating when there is anything new, please do the same and best of luck!

Hey Brian! Try not to stress yourself out like that. There could be so many minor explanations to your symptoms and usually the main symptom to cancer of that area is bleeding during bowel movement and considering you don't have any blood you should definitely try not to think the worst here! Mucus on the stool could mean just an infection of some sort, if I were you I'd try to see a colorectal specialist as they would have a much better idea rather than a regular doctor. Ask your doctor for a referral 😃 I hope you feel better soon!

Are you talking about the swollen area that looks like it has some yellow pus on it? If so, I believe it is an ingrown hair. I had hemorrhoid banding on Tuesday. Before the procedure I had what looked like yours. The doctor said that it was an ingrown hair from my shaving.
