Does anyone know what this is? Moles or something else?

Please see photos. These appeared overnight on my back in the region where I have a lot of big pimples popping up so I'm not sure whether this is related. They resemble moles, though upon closer inspection I'm not so sure anymore. Anyway I'll probably see dermatologist next week just to rule out cancer. What do you think this could be? Does anyone else have this?

    Just to calm your anxiety , 99,9% of the time those are nothing to worry about.

    You are doing the right thing to go to the doctor
