I think it used to be more red before and now is kinda grey

Vali, there are so many factors that can make as think the appearance of our penile skin has changed.
So here are a few: our general health - the amount and type of masturbation and / or sex we have, in particular, the amount of time the penis is erect and the pressure applied to it, particularly for masturbation. - the general level of bodily fitness and whether you do little or a great deal of physical excercise. Age is a very important factor, as if you are below the age of 30 your penis may simply be developing as it normally would. - The appearance and health of the skin itself can derive from what it is in regular contact with such as skin creams, lotions and moisturisers, lubes for sex or masturbation, whether actual sex lubes are used or something like baby oil or lotion or a skin cream. - Soap is often a huge problem to healthy penile skin, it is best to avoid any soap, shower gel or other forms of body wash such as hair shampoo from even getting onto the very sensitive skin on the head of the penis. When you get a shower draw the foreskin as far forward as it will go, then wash and fully rinse everywhere else on your body, then expose the head of the penis and use the inside of your hand and fingertips to rub the head and foreskin area clean with the shower water.
This is just an example of some of the issues that can be involved, you may have something specific going on - but what I have stated are amongst the most important factors .....
