Does this look like genital HSV1?

Two days ago I had sex with a new partner- my 3rd ever. I used protection (though silly me, not for oral) but didn't realize he had acyclovir cream for cold sores until after we were done. I was a tad run down after the encounter (slight sore throat for a day, no fever/flu symptoms) but chalked it up to dehydration & lack of proper rest.

I noticed a pustule looking bump and went to get it swabbed at urgent care right away. The results are due in 3-4 days but hoping someone can give me some insight before then. I've always had shaving bumps/genital acne & subdermal "dotting" so maybe that's it? Images attached (R & L sides labeled). I've experienced some slight tingle/burn but it's only been with tight underwear or when I'm thinking about it or have put an alcohol ingrown hair solution on the area. imageimageimageimageimage

Additional pic for clarity. Checked this AM- the bumps are still subdermal with no additional irritation or blistering. My vein is right below the bumps and "scrunches" in pics which is why I spread the skin in the other photos. Anyone have any ideas? image

Can anyone help me with this? I'm freaking out and would really love a second opinion.

The bump is not tender to touch and hasn't changed size. So far it looks like it's developed multiple whiteheads beneath the skin.

Forgot to include a pic of the bump from today image

You need to be cultured and tested for herpes. I am not a doctor, but you need to be checked.

I have. In my original post I mentioned that I went to the doctor right away and got it swabbed. I'm currently waiting on results but just wanted opinions if possible since people here seem to be knowledgeable.

Just got the results yesterday – herpes free. My blood tests came back HSV1/2 negative (I'll rerun them in another few months since this partner had a history of OHSV1). We've only kissed since that initial encounter but you can't put a price on peace of mind.

According to my OB she visually diagnosed molloscum and biopsied both of the bumps (the one pictured and another that cropped up). She recommended I have no sexual contact for at least a week & said if the results confirm molloscum (which could take 1-2 weeks), then she'll prescribe a cream that will clear it up permanently. Hope that helps you & anyone else out there with something similar. I'll update once I have a diagnosis because I know this stuff is scary.
