6 days ago i had sex with an escort. the next day i seen strange looking bumps that do not hurt, or itch. I never had a blister, fever, muscle ache, or enlarged lymph nodes. It has ruining my life. Can someone tell me if this looks like herpes at all. This is on my thighs. Could this be mild herpes?

They don't look like much. Usually it takes a couple of days or more for lesions to appear, although other symptoms may begin first (e.g., soreness, burning urination, etc.). If you're worried, do the IgG test for herpes at 3 months.

Wouldent the first outbreak be more than three bumps that look like the picture i provided? They do not hurt at all?

I only had 3-4 lesions during my first outbreak. Some people have less. They don't have to hurt either, although they are usually at least a little sore to the touch. You would expect a first outbreak to appear on the genitals at the site of infection, however.

Sorry to bother you, but does the 3-4 lesions you have look like mines? I felt no soreness even by nailing it down with my nails.

Mine were all on mucosal genital skin, not regular skin, so they looked different. Like oral canker sores.

It doesn't look like much to me and I suspect it's not herpes related, but then herpes can come in many different guises, so I would never say never. I always recommend testing when in doubt, as it's better to just get it over and done with and know one way or the other than to always worry and wonder, etc.
