Does this look like Herpes ?!?

So I’ve had these for about a week. It only hurts when pee gets on them other than that I they’re just uncomfortable when I get too dry or wipe. What do you all think ??

    Can’t see the moderator deleted the picture .., whatever it is did you get it swabbed for testing ??
