Does this look like herpes? Plz help

i keep getting these small red bumps and they look like they have white tips. i keep popping them and some liquid comes out and a small amount of white pus comes out too. then they disappear in few days. they do kinda hurt a bit. i also have a small amount of thin white discharge (no odor) and slight itching and my whole inner labia is red. i dont really know what it is they keep appearing like every week then disappear. they're like flat red spots now (because i popped them) and they kinda sting every now and then. but they dont hurt when i pee. do they look like herpes or something else?File size is too big
