about 4 days ago this rash came about, it slowly started to get worse as i started scratching at it. i was wearing tight clothing that was newly bought so i thought it may be from me sweating or the fact that i didnt wash the clothing ? but my mind still is going crazy because it itches , and i do get eczema but not in a while and NEVER on my inner thigh.
