Does this sound like herpes?

Around two months ago a good friend of mine introduced me to a good friend of hers as a potential partner, she failed to mention to me that she had unprotected sex with this person while she was still in a realtionship with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend had been diagnosed with genital herpes and did not tell her until after they broke up. Neither of them have experienced an outbreak nor have they had any of the symptoms, I however have been feeling a bit itchy on my outer labia. It's sporadic and not painful, I've not had any flu like symptoms and I've not seen any blisters matching the descriptions online, I have however taken a picture of my vaginal opening (i'm paranoid and understand the itching may be a mental thing) and found something suspicious. There are three small bumps, clear about the size of a large pin head, they do not hurt or itch themselves and they've looked exactly the same for two and a half weeks. I have no idea if they've been there forever or if they're new and idk how to post a picture. They dont look like other herpes pictures to me but I feel like all the pictures online are of extreme cases. How the heck do I include a picture I'd rather just show everyone.

Hi, I’m not sure how to upload pics on here but I’d suggest full STD testing in another month. You can see a doc now and have them look at the bumps and have them swabbed. I was diagnosed with Genital Herpes via blood work. I don’t have the classic symptoms you may have seen or read on the internet. I do have mild itching and random face tingling but I would have never suspected herpes. To ease your mind just visit a doctor and get tested. Hang in there! 🙂

Herpes lesions usually feel sore and do not stay the same for 2.5 weeks.
