so a couple of days ago i noticed that the side of my tongue was hurting so i looked at it today and saw that it was white an had white bumps on it and bumps appeared on the back of my tongue to and sometimes when i swallow i can feel what ever it is on my tongue like i can bite it off but i cant i dont know what to do.
